The 2023 Festival of Trees auction site is now closed.
The 2024 Festival of Trees will be held from November 18-22, 2024, at the Dunvegan Motor Inn and Suites.
The Fairview and Area Palliative Care Society wishes to thank all the supporters, donators, purchasers and volunteers who helped support our Festival of Trees. We raised approximately $19,500.00 for the 2023 year.
We are inviting businesses, organizations and individuals to decorate an artificial Christmas tree, wreath, centre piece or Christmas item in the theme of their choice and donate it to the festival. We request that items be set up on Sunday, November 17th between the hours of noon and 7:00 pm. Items will be on public display Monday, November 18th through to Friday, November 22nd from 1pm to 9pm. Successful bidders can pay and pick up their item on Saturday, November 23rd, 2024, from 9:00am - noon. There will be a children's draw table this year. Tickets can be purchased for $1.00 and placed in the draw box of their choice. Bidding on donated items will be online this year. (Check the website or face book for more details) Volunteers will be available to help you with this new process. Hours of operation will be from 1:00pm - 9:00 pm Monday through Friday. Bidding will close on Friday @ 9.00 pm. The Society continues to fund Palliative Care training sessions. There is still a need to replace aging medical equipment and furniture in the Palliative Care suites.
